We hired Zina on a time crunch of three weeks to help prepare my child for the star math test. We set up the schedule for Wednesdays and Thursdays each week for 2 hours a day. The first week went great. I could tell my child's confidence had improved. After the first week Zina only stayed one hour. There was always something else she had to do. The last week before the test she cancelled one appointment and reset it for Friday. She didn't show up or even call to cancel. Then Monday,the 20th, our very last day to prepare for the test she called and once again cancelled. although she would be a very good tutor, she just wasn't dependable enough to go through Thumbtack again. Wish us luck tomorrow!!
