- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, please visit our website for standard package pricing or contact us for a custom quote. Typically to cover travel, session time, setup, editing, online gallery etc., standard pricing runs around $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our biggest goal is to make sure we 100% understand our clients needs and expectations, and that we not only meet them, but exceed them. This starts with an initial consultation via phone, email, or in person to fully understand the customers requirements and wishes. After consultation, we will provide all customers with a written agreement outlining all services promised in order to legally protect their rights as a consumer. Leading up to the event or session, we have many forums and ways of communicating special poses you'd like etc. We give all customers our 100% guarantee that we will go above and beyond to ensure your special day or moment is captured exactly as you imagine.

New York Institute of Photography Constantly studying materials online, newest technologies, investing in workshops etc.
