Travis came out to repair a gap in my fence where a bracket had detached from the fence post. Since his minimum charge was $300, he offered to do some additional yard work to bring the job up to that amount. He worked for about four hours and did a decent job overall.
The fence gap was improved and made narrower, although it wasn't completely eliminated through the repair itself. To fully cover the remaining opening, Travis attached a wood panel over the gap. The fence looks better than before, and I appreciated his willingness to take on additional yard work to make the most of the service call.
