Reached out to this place to get 2 fireplaces, talked to someone really nice and was going to get me a quote, then never heard back from them. Gave them a week to responded, then went somewhere else just wanted to let you guys know. Ended up spending 11k somewhere else. The guy texted me then never texted me back.
