Can’t say enough about Devin and Cason! We chose Showroom because we believed that they would give us the best experience and finished product. They did! I don’t have to stare at my ugly red brick anymore. Cason did a great job communicating with me along the way to make sure our job moved along properly, and Devin was so kind to even help us pick out the perfect white for our exterior. I can’t wait to recommend them to all of our friends!

It took me a while to find the right contractor for my project. When I met Devin at the initial appointment he stood out from the rest. He was very personable and made me feel like he honestly cared. This was proven by the end job they gave us! Cason their project manager came in and facilitated the job start to finish. It was quick and effortless for these guys! Will have them come and do more projects in the future. Highly recommend!

There are lots of areas for improvement. I would first hire a management team that is involved in the project and checks on progress. This was severely lacking on my flooring project. Day 1 four people showed up and one person after that was left to finish the work. 2000 sq ft of tile took close to two months to finished but originally said it would be 6-8 days. After the project was done, lots of rework on tile had to be done. Scheduling and management oversight was horrible at best. Manager for job showed up at the beginning and end when I refused to pay because the job was not finished. The good news is when another team was called in things went better but little oversight from management. I see this a lack of experience or not caring. The person that started the project left my garage trashed and failed to clean up properly after work. I had to hire professional cleaning. The business did credit me the cost. I would not hire this business for any project in the future. If you do, be prepared to see amateur hour at it finest.
