- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible with lesson scheduling. I allow make-up lessons if a student is unable to make the lesson and contacts me beforehand. The lesson fee also includes access to a student portal, in which follow up videos for each lesson are included as well as access to all the materials for our lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first lesson is always aimed to give the student as much of a lift off into their new musical interest as possible. Prior to the lesson, I inquire about the student's musical interests and overall goals. I also provide materials that I think will be useful in diving right into their studies. I feel it is incredibly important that we start of in the direction the student will most benefit from and is most excited about.
