Hired on Thumbtack
Can’t speak to their abilities as I was ghosted. Set up appointment for furniture repair but on the day I expected them no one came or called or texted or emailed. I would have understood something came up but to not have the courtesy to communicate at all - even within the week after is not acceptable. Look for someone else. Clearly can’t trust them.
