- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accommodate a variety of budgets. My full sessions come with all usable images and are edited and delivered digitally. Many sessions can be turned into "mini" sessions. These sessions around about 20 minutes and come with 7 final images of the client's choosing. If more images are available, the client can purchase them at about $5/ image.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer's personality and what they are looking for. If we both think it is a suitable match I have a contract that the client can look over before choosing to book. For more extensive jobs, such as weddings or events, I do like to do a phone or in person consultation. Consultations are always an option for other jobs as well!
