Explain everything I'm going to do in advance before being work. That way they fully understand the cost and remedies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at age 20 as labor. I went through a five-year apprentice program, I got journeyman license after getting my 8000 hours in the trade and then got a master license in 2005. I started pulling permits for job that's when I started my company. It the only profession I have had in my life I've worked for only two companies now I work for myself as owner.
