Overall, James responds back quickly which is always a bonus, anytime you have questions and/or concerns. So far I haven't really had any major issues. If I do, then will adjust the review accordingly thereafter. For now though, its a 5, given our pool is clean for my wife and kids to enjoy. Thank you, James.

James Smith with Homestead Pool Service was prompt, professional, and thorough with his pool cleaning. He made the pool look sparkling and also diagnosed my pool pump finding out that it wasn't pumping an appropriate amount of water, so he found out that it was because filter was completely clogged. Then he found a new filter (it was a rare size) at a local pool supply shop and installed it same day! Now my pool equipment is running wonderfully and my pool looks amazing! I'll be using Homestead for all my future pool needs!

Mainly home owners however, I have serviced many commercial properties over the years and have only moved to residential by choice.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some pool service pros have tremendous work ethic but do not have adequate knowledge concerning pool chemical balance. Some have knowledge but not the work ethic. It is important to find a pro who understands chemistry and has tremendous work ethic and the highest quality character.
