Shawn Fillmon was our primary contact for Wildlife X Team, Inc. We can't say enough great things about him! He was responsive, professional, and downright personable. A great representation for the whole team at Wildlife X Team, Inc. The attention to every detail and answering every question was top notch throughout the entire process. We can't thank Shawn enough for his professionalism and guidance. I do wish I had jotted down several of the crew members names to add to this review. I do have Jorge Maldonado's name and what a hard worker he and the rest of the team are. All while working in the extreme heat! Truly outstanding service and we do highly recommend this company - already have handed out Shawn's biz care to my neighbors! Sam & Rhonda Garland

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JM Services, our pricing is transparent, fair, and flexible. Costs depend on the size of the trees, the scope of trimming, or the type of pest issue being treated. We provide clear estimates with no hidden fees and offer discounts for recurring services because we value long-term relationships.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs. Then we schedule an on-site visit to assess the trees or pest issue and explain our recommendations. After that, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. Once approved, we complete the work safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in tree trimming, pruning, debris removal, and pest control treatments. We follow safety guidelines, proper trimming techniques, and responsible pest management practices to protect your property, your family, and the environment.
