- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some months I will do a flat rate of 10-20% off in appreciation and recognition of upcoming holidays. I also provide a stacking discount for veterans, 65+, and teachers each coming in at 5% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically on a first time cleaning I will find the worst windows and identify what the issue is, I will perform restoration on the select few, if that fixes the problem, as a complimentary service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working professionally as a window cleaner for larger businesses before branching off to start my own after learning the tricks of the trade.
