- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is based upon the type of clean (standard, deep, move-in/out) that you select. The other factors are number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, plus any additional rooms (family room, office, playroom, etc), any additional add-ons (oven cleaning, inside window cleaning, interior fridge cleaning), along with the total square feet of the property.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Standard Clean bathroom(s): dust light fixtures within reach, dust blind (if applicable) clean mirror, sink, toilet, tub, shower, countertop, items on countertops and organize them, wipe light switches, and door handle, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop floor Bedroom(s): dust light fixtures/ceiling fans within reach, dust blind, dust/clean furniture (dresser, table, shelves without removing anything and entire outer cabinet, etc.), make beds nice and neat wipe light switches, and door handle, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop floor Kitchen/small attached dining area dust light fixtures within reach, wipe/clean countertops items on top countertops, and organize them, spot clean cabinets within reach, wipe/clean outside of fridge, stove top, dishwasher, sink, garbage can, and inside and out of microwave, wipe light switches, empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop all floors Living Room dust ceiling fans within reach, blinds, dust furniture (entertainment stand without opening anything,entire outside of cabinets, end tables and any items on them, etc. shelves without moving anything) wipe light switches, fix pillows nice and neat on couches, fold covers if applicable sweep/vacuum/mop floors Deep Clean: same as above but will include wiping down all cabinets in kitchen and bathroom (not just spot clean), cleaning baseboards, blinds, shelves and doors. Also a ladder will be used if necessary to reach high up light fixtures/ceiling fans, and kitchen cabinets. Move out/in clean: same as deep clean but will include cleaning of inside and outside of cabinets also since house is empty all shelves are wiped down as well as inside of drawers *Add-ons/Extra Service prices vary* Interior Fridge cleaning Interior window cleaning (glass must be let all the way down) Interior oven cleaning *Additional Information* please keep in mind that cleaning will include the number of bedrooms and bathrooms listed plus the kitchen/small dining area attached if applicable and living room. Any additional rooms will be charged or not cleaned. For instance an office, family room, media room playroom, second living or dining areas, large or nicely furnished dining room or any extra bedroom or bathroom will not be cleaned unless charged. THIS INCLUDES THE FLOORS. Or, because of other jobs, there will not be enough time to clean additional areas. So please discuss this prior to our appointment. These are the following charges for additional rooms: $10-$40 for floors only (depending on size) $10-$50 for total room cleaning (depending on size, furniture, and type of clean) *please also note** no laundry no dishwashing no wall washing no roaches or pest control problems ***Please also note it is not our job to clean excessive trash especially doing move out cleans. It is your responsibility to leave the house empty so that we can do our job as thorough as possible. Thank you. ***Please also note we are house cleaners not home organizers.
