I was looking for a wedding consultant and a friend told me about Elegant Events by Wanda Hollis. Well I decided to give her a try and with no regrets, my wedding turned out better than I imagined. I told Ms. Hollis what I wanted and she took it and ran with it. Without a doubt she expanded my ideas further than I could ever dream of. When I say she went above and beyond...OMG. I walked into the Church from the side so I didn't see what everybody else saw until the set of double doors opened for me to walk down the aisle. At that time I couldn't even walk down aisle because I was so SHOCKED as to what I was seeing. I had no Idea that my wedding day was going to be the talk of the town. Those who missed it had no idea that my wedding could very well be in Vogue Magazine thanks to the most professional wedding coordinator ever! Even eleven years later, people are still reminiscing about the best event of my life. Thank you so much Ms. Wanda Hollis for creating a life long memory!

Ms. Wanda was such a great joy to work with. She was always available for me when needed even for the smallest thing. Very professional and super detailed oriented. I was an out of town bride, so everything was brought to me. My space was an ugly duckling and it turned out gorgeous thanks to Ms. Wanda's vision. I was so impressed that I sought out her services again for my mother's renewal vows, That too was amazing. I would definitely recommend her to ANYONE no matter the location. She's worth every penny and more!

When I began to start wedding planning, I was going to coordinate my wedding myself.... thank God I didn't do that. Planning a wedding involves a lot of details that I was unaware of. Hiring Ms. Wanda to coordinate my wedding was the best decision I ever made. She took a load off my shoulders and my wedding day was so much more than I imagined it would be! I am always going to bridal shows, etc..
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always enjoyed weddings and I found myself sitting in weddings and critiquing the wedding. I would share it with my mom only and she asked me one day, have you ever thought about doing weddings? I had precrastinated for years but finally decided to take floral design courses and pursue it.
