High Speed Irrigation came out and fixed an issue previously. The owner was responsive and fixed the issue quickly. I was then asked repeatedly for a review of the work completed.
However, my sprinkler system needed additional repair fast and I contacted the owner of this company again about two weeks ago on the app at the owner's request after a phone call with him because he had been so responsive.
This time, he has not made a good faith effort to get back to my home. I understand that issues will come up owning a business.
At this point, the area of the yard that needed repair has started to burn and it will be difficult to water back with a sprinker system that doesn't work correctly.
The landscape company not related with him put chemicals on our yard the day before the sprinker system needed work again and I thought High Speed irrigation would be back out very soon so we can water.
I assume now that the company just wanted a good review.
