The house paint project was delayed due to the returning rain. The paint project was finished satisfactory in 2 weeks. A great contractor to work with for owners with project management experience.

I hired Brandstell Home Improvement for the first time back in 2009. They have since then become my go to company for any repairs or updates to my home. I am a Realtor and I constantly refer them to my friends, family and clients. They have done little jobs ranging from a few paint touchups to complete home renovations for my clients. The quality of their work in very impressive. They always go above and beyond for the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I am 101% happy with Luca's work and cannot recommend him enough to everyone I know! Luca is a professional contractor: responsive in communication, on-time, never go back and forth with his words when giving us quotes for things. He knew his craft and worked very meticulously. While painting the house he also helped us with minor moving and painted 2 extra doors without charging extra. I will definitely call him back for other improvement projects in the future.

I hired Tom to demo my kitchen floor tile, install new floor tile and a backsplash, and also install the granite countertops in the kitchen. He was respectful, communicative, and competitively priced. He had 1 helper with him for the job, and he himself was on the site with his worker most of the time. The one thing I must rave about the most is the fact that even after receiving final payment, I had to ask him to come back and clean up some of the remaining grout work, and he did! I was worried with receiving payment that he wouldn't respond, but he did and was kind about it. So he made sure he did the job, and he finished it out correctly. I really appreciated that. I'd definitely consider him for future jobs. In addition, he had to work through my coordination with my cabinet installer, and he was a great team player. I truly was grateful for that as well.

Whoa... super fast response time, quick, quality work. Had quite a few small jobs and one big job running a new line to the gazebo. Space City Home Improvement tackled it all with great pricing and efficiency. A+. Definitely would hire again.

Mr. Washington came by and looked over the work I needed, gave me a great estimate and then showed up on time and did a very neat and efficient job. I'm very pleased and plan to hire him again to work at my sister's house. I highly recommend his work!

I've only recently met A&M and they've only done one project for me so far. But I have been impressed with what I've seen. Their work is good and the prices are reasonable. But what makes me ecstatic about A&M is that they show up when they say they will. None of this "oh I'm out in Richmond" when they have an appointment with me at the same time. I've had so much trouble with flaky contractors this year, and it's only gotten worse since Harvey. These guys show up when they say they will. I may have found my new go-to contractor. I had a drain leak in one of the properties I manage. The plumber had to cut out sections of the drywall and even a section out of the siding outside. After several failed attempts with other contractors, I found A&M. They showed up on time and made the repairs. The work looks good and they did a good job of matching the paint where needed. I sent them to another property today to give me an estimate for a project. They said they would be there at 3:30, and they were there at 3:30. I have never given such a long and flowery review for anyone. I usually just click the stars and move on. But I am so happy that I've found someone who actually does what they say they will do. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and gave me what I felt was a very competitive quote, even though it was the first one I received. I also had three other contractors come by and they submitted quotes as well. Two of the four quotes were very close...one extremely high....and one extremely low....Mr. Young's quote was the second highest. I trusted Mr. Young's opinion...his knowledge of what I wanted done...and the reputation and positive reviews of his company. The process only took two days....they cleaned up after themselves and removed the old debris....bottom-line, they did exactly what I wanted them to do.
