My goal is to provide you with premium service at all times, to be professional, reliable, and compassionate, with prompt and accurate service, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I have access to close at a title company or (4) lawyer’s offices if needed for cash-out loans (office fee: $35 - $50). I continue to remain abreast of trends and developments in the real estate and notary industries. ARCnet Mobile Notary Service provides services at private residences, real estate offices, banks, title companies, senior living communities, or any other mutually convenient location. (GNW) Traditional Notary Transactions cost $6 plus $25 travel (local five to 10 miles), $40 and up for after-hours and longer distance. I Love doing this type of work. I provide 24/7 notary services because I know that there are some things in life that can’t wait until Monday morning. Whether you are struggling to board a plane with your child, you have a loved one in the hospital, or your car has been impounded, I'm available! I will travel within a 50-mile radius, covering Galveston, Harris and Brazoria counties. After hours (6:00 p.m. and weekends) and longer distances have an additional fee. I serve Galveston County (LaMarque, Texas City, Dickinson, Galveston, Kemah, League City, Friendswood, Santa Fe and all the rest) and Harris County (SE Houston, Webster, Clear Lake, Pasadena, Baytown, Channelview, LaPorte, Seabrook, Deer Park, Nassau Bay, and El Lago), as well as Brazoria Couny (I will travel to Alvin and Pearland). My background check is good until 2/10/2015, $10,000 bond with $100,000 E and O Insurance.
