Guys showed up on time and fi wished the same day just as Cole said they would. They were professional and good at their job. The shower did not come in by Thursday the day of insulation but they were back the first thing Friday morning to in stall it. One other thing, the regular instat was on Wednesday but received a call asking if we could install the next day. They showed up just as they said the would. Shower looks great. Love it. We engaged Five Star Bath to do a tub to shower conversion for my 92 year old father-in-law who lives with us. They did an excellent job in removing the tub and doing a walk in shower in just 2 days.

I have wanted a tub to walk in shower conversion in my master bath for some time.I spent some time researching so I knew exactly what I wanted before I set up appointments with salesmen. When they gave me their bids I wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. I got bids from 3 different companies.Cole Pence, the sales consultant for Five Star Bath Solutions, Duncanville,Tx. gave a very thorough presentation, and was a good representative for the company. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. He is the reason I chose Five Star Bath Solutions.On the day of installation Eduardo and his crew got here at 9 AM and were finished by 5 PM. They did a fantastic job. I am VERY happy with the results !I give this company 5 stars.

I love my new shower!! The overall process was very smooth. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Eduardo and his team were amazing!! F you are thinking of remodeling your bathroom, I definitely recommend five star bath solutions. The best service, price and quality!!!
