- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet our customers face-to-face. This builds a bond between us as contractors and you as a customer. We're always open to hear your ideas and thoughts on certain projects and give you different options. A lot of customers have an idea of what they want but it's the small details and specifics that they lack, and that's where our professional experience comes in to play.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I advise all my customers to get multiple quotes and shop for their price range. Most projects are costly, and aren't done on a frequent basis, so I recommend to get what you really want and don't settle for something you kind of like. It's always quality over quantity in my book!
