John, Chris and another wonderful gentleman were truly helpers on move in day. They knew what to do especially if I had the boxes labeled for the room they go in. They put items away,set up beds and even had good ideas for placement of furniture. I will use them again.

We had an awesome experience with Solstice Moving and Delivery. They arrived on time and worked hard in the 90+ degree heat to get all of our heavy furniture and boxes moved out of our second story apartment. We moved most of our belongings into storage. They were able to make it all fit with room left for more! My husband and I are in the process of buying a home. When it is time to move our belongings from storage to our new home, we will definitely hire this company again! To the reviewer who complained about the young kid, he worked crazy hard and did an awesome job! I have zero complaints about our experience.

I had a pretty tough move with laundry machines on the second floor and a very narrow staircase. I also had a lot of moving pieces with furniture from several addresses going to one place. They were great with all of it and had no trouble at all. All of my stuff came through just fine, and they were friendly and very professional. Would definitely hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price either hourly or as a fixed cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We of course start with a consultation either by phone or in home which includes an inspection of the residence or and the actual inventory in order to determine a game plan, to recognize anything that might require special attention. We show up when we say we will, we never charge anything more than we say we will and we treat our clients with respect, their belongings with respect and their time with respect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in or near the moving and delivery industry for a number of years in management, in the sales and in the field. My training is "real world and real time" training and i have learned from some of the best and will continue to grow and learn from the best as we never stop learning.
