Introduction: Process Service is a service we provide to
Attorney's or individuals.This service must be paid up front, we no longer allow credit to anyone. We pick up the documents at the designated destination. We serve the following : Citations, Restraining orders, Notice to show cause, Write of attachedments. The documents are than processed in our office and than served to the individual or companies in person or via certified mail. If a document is unable to be served a request is done to the court or judge asking anyone over 16 years of age to be served at the same residence or business. At the end of the process we file all documents at the local court house and return a filed copy to the client , along with a paid statement.
We also specialized in skip tracing and Background checks.
