FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really every job it's different and We always try to work and save the costumer as much as we can without jeopardizing quality of product no matter how big or small of a profit I made
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First will set up an appointment so we can discuss they're type of work need to be done, then if we get on the same page I'll price it out for them if that's convenient for my costumer I'll get a down payment so I can start the build and to make it more formal, I'll give them an estimate time to have it ready to install once everything is approved by costumer collect the balance and hopefully get more recommendations for another costumers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before I started on my own company, I worked for a company that all they do was commercial job, my background was all residential, the good thing about it was other then experience was that the company was certified as AWI (highest standards on woodworking) so that's the way I work now even though I'm not certified I do the job as companies that are.
