They responded right away to my inquiry and were available within 24 hours. They arrived early but that was fine by me. I had a bedroom carpet, living room area rug, and cloth couch cleaned. Everything looks great! The technician was very polite and gave fairly close estimates to how long the items would take to dry. The work was completed in less than an hour. I typically don’t like to be up-sold on things but in this case I was actually bummed the technician didn’t ask if I might be interested in any other things. I would have added a single seat chair and a pair of cushioned counter chairs. Especially since the single chair and sofa match and now one is cleaner than the other. Maybe they don’t up-sell, which might actually be a good thing for people to know. Either way they were great and I’ll end up having them come back to clean those items anyway. Their prices are fair for the quality of work and professionalism received.

XPress did a great job cleaning our house. We are new to El Paso and hired them based on reviews from this site. They cleaned between the completion of a remodeling project and our move-in and we are very pleased with the results. Will definitely use them again.

This is my 4th service with them. I just had my mother in laws carpet and mattress cleaned and sanitized. The technician Julio was on time and was very professional. He was careful and curtious of the house and what I liked most is he made sure the house cleaning was safe for her personal needs. I highly recommend Express for your needs. Read through thier services. They do more than carpets.
