I am a Johnson & Wales University graduate with my A.S. in Culinary Arts and my B.S. in Food Service Management. Ive worked all over the east coast from Providence, RI to Key West, Fl. I have worked under a Master French Chef and two Master Sushi Chefs. I have been the Restaurant Chef at the third largest resort in the country Hawks Cay Resort and Marina.
