- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is I receive a call, we find out what is the issue, assure the customer we can handle their issue, schedule a time for their service call, diagnose the issue, give estimate for repair, fix the issue, collect payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechanical engineering associates degree, western technical hvac, epa universal certificate, licensed contractor, 12 years experience in hvac field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Family owns own business as well.
