When I called to ask and schedule the phone was answered, I did not have to leave a message. Ben arrived on time and was greeted professionally. They took the time to explain the problem and answered all my questions that I had. Ben even let me know the time frame that he would be there in case I had other commitments. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Mission Valley Air to those who are not experienced in HVAC. Explanations were very clear.
