Fred Richman, my computer technician was prompt, efficient and courteous. He took time to correct some of the erroneous notions I had about negotiating the vast intricacies of the internet, and pointed out shortcuts and tips. Then he did a scan and discovered 23 viruses that were lowing performance. He also explained how my bad 'puter habits' were welcoming virus attacks.
