consistant work performance. workmen did not show up for work on a regular basis. demolition started on day 1. the did not return untill 6 days later to continue. there were also days when they would come for only 2 hours and then leave. one of the workers (the younger) spent more time playing with his phone intead of working. The contracter stated that he has difficulty contoling what the workment do and when they show up. the contractor also did not like changes that where made ie moving the toilet. the job started at about $8000 but did complete at $12000 based on changes. he charged a total of $3000 just to move 2 drains and water line for the toilet. I will admit the tiling was very good. the job that was said to take only 2 weeks was not completed until 4 weeks later. the final wall prep for painting was not up to par. I now have to hire a wall finisher for painting. The toilet was installed 3 inches away from the wall. when i asked about it the contractor stated that the toilet would only be placed against the wall in a tight space. I would not reccomend this company at this time.

HR Construction blames Thumbtack for missing messages from customers. this company contacted me through 3 different #s. asked for my address & phone to set up for visit. then time was agreed upon and verified. day of visit, no call no show. sent texts to all contact #s and no response until 4 hours later. Representative acted as if no time was established. then blamed confusion on thumbtack once reminded of agreed time. However, other companies had no issues like this.
