HR Construction blames Thumbtack for missing messages from customers. this company contacted me through 3 different #s. asked for my address & phone to set up for visit. then time was agreed upon and verified. day of visit, no call no show. sent texts to all contact #s and no response until 4 hours later. Representative acted as if no time was established. then blamed confusion on thumbtack once reminded of agreed time. However, other companies had no issues like this.
