I originally reached out over the Thanksgiving weekend bc that was when I figured out we needed to replace the seal in the washer. I was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate response. He figured out the part I needed to order using a picture I sent of the model. It was a difficult task, but he got it done. We will use him again.

Got the job done!! Very detail oriented. Takes his time and willing to go out of his way to make things look nice. I haven’t had anything to compare to but his fees and services were definitely within my budget. He is honest and explains everything thoroughly. Originally came out to repair my gas dryer but ended up doing some handy things around the house. Jacoby is very knowledgeable in many areas.
