FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I custom my pricing to each clients needs. Too many diferent variables to make some sort of list. I can say that we do the best work for the best price. No one can match us in creativity, pricing and over all knowledge of our subject. Just give us the assignment and let us worry about the rest 100%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As far as Tumbtack is concerned, I get a quote request on my phone or e-mail. I then decide if it's a job we want to take on. We will submit a quote and hopefully get selected. Once we make contact woth the client and fine tune the details. We meet, take photographs. I will then edit images to look their best and send the client a gallery or an e-mail with the proofs. We also load images on dropbox account if needed. The client picks their chosen images, we then airbrush for perfection and get images to the client per agreed terms. We pride ourselves in being, dependable, honest, moderately priced, and super fast with our returned product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alex Montero was blessed with a photographic eductaion equaled by not many. I knew I wanted to be a photographer from a really early age. I started using SLr cameras at a very young age, at about 7 yeras old. From my middle school electives to working on the school yearbook. My one and only intrest was capturing awesome images. I was finally accepted into the Brooks Institute of Photography which is where I finally learned my real skills as a photographer. 40 years later we can say we have been succesful in a time where eveyone carries a smart phone with a camera on it.
