What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer in person personal training and Reiki, and virtual Reiki sessions on a flexible schedule. Holistic health coaching, centered on food freedom, is offered in packages of 3 months that also include Reiki.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal training clients are given a free in person consultation, Reiki clients answer a few simple questions before a session, and health coaching clients are offered a free 30 minute breakthrough call to see if we are a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Reiki 2 Certified in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Method through Maha Rose.
