I do not put time restraints on my work ! I work it until all involved are happy with results! Reason being is I want it done right and not just fast. If you give me a time frame I will work within the limits you give me . And make sure its as clean as possible.

Charmaine is awesome. I had an apartment move-out clean, and my place wasn't in the best shape. She was on time and got to work immediately. Charmaine was communicative before, during and after the cleaning. She found some pots I left and texted me right away to let me know which was really nice.
After she finished, the place was spotless, and she did an oven and refrigerator cleaning as well for a great price. Building management did a walkthrough while she was there and they were very pleased. I have already recommended her to two of my friends and would gladly work with her again!

Charmaine did an amazing job cleaning our house. We just sold it and she came in and got it all polished up for the new owners. She is personable, professional and I would hire her again or recommend her in a heartbeat!

Charmaine and her daughter were awesome and did an absolutely awesome job. The duo were on knees to give us back our house as shining as new. Their quote was very reasonable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available! For reoccurring customers and first time customers. The prices are based on square footage that you provide and work that was noted to be done . If there is more square footage than was noted. For example if I quoted you at 1200 square feet 1 bathroom and than when I get there its 3000 SF . The price will change . And I will discuss before we proceed. Payment due before job is complete ,or at least a discussion of how you are paying . If you are paying with checks please let me know prior to the job. Cancellations can happen that is understood. But if you cancel the day the job is to be performed . A $30.00 fee will be charge to you .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, learning about the job the details if its hardwood floors or carpet oven range or gas , that ensures that the right products are brought. I use mostly chemical free products unless the customer request other wise !
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing this since I was 12 years of age! I have stared several companies in this field and all are still running.
