Maid Mi Dia was absolutely phenomenal. We hired them for a move out clean and they were kind, friendly, and prompt when I reached out for a quote. The quote was incredibly well priced and that was just the cherry on top. My house was immaculate. It smelled wonderful and honestly looked better than when we moved in in the first place. If I was buying a home, I would request it be cleaned by the professionals at Maid Mi Dia before I moved in. I will be recommending them to everyone who will listen!

Maid Mi Dia literally made my day! I havent had a cleaning service for over a year and as a full time working mom of two it was hard to keep up. The amount of dusting and deep cleaning that was needed seemed never-ending. I had surgery this week and wanted a cleaning service before I went in to take some pressure of the cleaning needs of the house. My daughter has significant allergies and they were able to use my homemade products happily and without complaining. They dusted every inch of my home, tidied up spaces that needed and left me feeling completely satisfied. I will definitely be using them more frequently and hope to take advantage of the laundry service!

Lili just left my dad's house & it's sparkling clean! She paid attention to details & was careful with his sports memorabilia. She saw me getting the trash so I could take it out with me as we left & she insisted that I put it down and that she would do it, because that's what she was getting paid to do. (I was impressed!)I asked the young lady how long she had been working for her Maid Mi Dia and she went on raving about how much she has been loving her job and even complimented her supervisor which really stood out to me because she is obviously happy which means her company is probably treating her really well. That says a lot about the company, especially in this day and age when people oftentimes get treated poorly by their supervisors.After she was done cleaning she asked me if we were satisfied with her work & had every intention of staying to make it right if we had found something incomplete. But NOPE! She was great & her work was wonderful! I highly recommend Maid Mi Dia for all your cleaning jobs, big or small!

We have had excellent service. Dulce does an amazing job for us. I appreciate her eye for cleanliness and professionalism. My husband says our house smells so nice.

I try to price fairly . Each house is a different situation. I take this into consideration always.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally will inspect their home prior to cleaning day and take pictures or notes , After cleaning is done I will take a walk thru with client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a small business owner for about 15 years . Prior to the maintenance industry , I was a co owner at a Mall store. I learned retail and customer service , and I also learned about having a strong work ethic.
I absolutely love working with people and this industry allows me the opportunity to talk with my clients and their families.
