- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price fairly . Each house is a different situation. I take this into consideration always.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally will inspect their home prior to cleaning day and take pictures or notes , After cleaning is done I will take a walk thru with client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a small business owner for about 15 years . Prior to the maintenance industry , I was a co owner at a Mall store. I learned retail and customer service , and I also learned about having a strong work ethic. I absolutely love working with people and this industry allows me the opportunity to talk with my clients and their families.
