- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate fee. I go to your home for a free quote and get inventory on the bedrooms, household items, any stairs involved, appliances and I rate the price for the whole unit, I do not charge per hour, per men, none of that, we work promptly and efficiently, we don't waste our time and we wont waste yours, Other moving companies charge per hour, and once you sign the contract there's nothing you can do when they are dragging their feet, or they don't load up the items in the truck right, giving them an excuse so they can do another load, charging you more hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication, explain the process for the services and answer any questions customers might have. I am the owner of the company, therefore, I always attend on the in-home estimate as well as in the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience to being a mover I love what I do and I like to work with customers since my grandfather built this company in 1967.
