We have become heavily involved with Texas Rubberized Roof Coating, a very respected rubberized roofing company, and can now offer top-notch roofing services as well.

I hired Mr. Ramon and his crew twice, with the first time being for a deep house cleaning, and the second being for a recurring house cleaning. I was impressed with the deep cleaning, but they did so poorly on the recurring cleaning that I decided to leave a 1-star review. Here's why:
For the deep clean alone, I would give this company a high rating. I was impressed with the cleaning crew and their thoroughness, and they stayed at my home for 12 hours to complete the job. One employee, Armando, was particularly impressive. He was attentive to details and extremely thorough, not to mention his notable professionalism. Mr. Ramon seemed very dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, and emphasized several times that he aims to get high reviews on Thumbtack. Once the job was completed, he had his employee remind me to "help him out on Thumbtack." While I didn't appreciate the continued pressure to leave a positive review, I did leave this company a 5-star review for their services.
About 2 weeks later, I attempted to hire this company again for a recurring cleaning. Mr. Ramon never once answered his phone or responded to texts (before the deep cleaning, he was always very communicative with me). A few days after attempting to get ahold of him, his employee of his returned my call and we scheduled the recurring cleaning.
When I returned home after the cleaning was completed, I was angered by the incredibly poor job performed. The crew did not dust one single surface in my home. They didn't touch the kitchen or the baseboards. When they cleaning the bathrooms, they moved all the trashcans, rugs, decor, etc. out into the hallway and did not return them when they completed the room (so I had to replace everything). I should elaborated that when I obtained the quote from Mr. Ramon for recurring cleaning, I specified EXACTLY what was to be done in my home, including dusting and cleaning the kitchen. They even left used latex gloves and sponges lying around. I attempted to contact Mr. Ramon to request that the crew return to finish the job, and he NEVER responded to my repeated calls and texts. Furthermore, they overcharged my husband, citing that they added on for "tax" (which they NEVER did during the first cleaning).
I went to change my review on Thumbtack and realized that I couldn't, which makes me think that Mr. Ramon's sole purpose is to get his high reviews and then not worry about customer satisfaction. Luckily, the customer service at Thumbtack is kind enough to allow you to change reviews via email even after they're published.
I will never utilize this company again, and I am very disappointed with their post-review customer service and their lack of dedication to customer satisfaction.

I hired Ramon Nava to find a leak that was causing ceiling dry wall to become wet. He was also to replace the damaged dry wall and replace the acoustic texture.
We are pleased with the work Mr. Nava and his crew did. They found that the roofers who replaced the roofing for a previous resident did not properly seal the vents. Mr. Nava's team sealed six vents and the air conditioner duct and determined that the roofing itself was in excellent shape otherwise.
They then removed the damaged dry wall in the hallway and replaced it with new dry wall. The acoustic texture was then applied evenly and completely. The walls in the hallway were painted to complete the repair.
When the job was completed, the staging area and prep area in the front of the house did not show any evidence that Mr. Nava's crew had ever been there. All trash, and materials were removed and cleared out.
Mr. Nava kept a close watch on his workers and outlined everything they were to do. He also inspected the work as they were doing it to insure a good result.
