Beware!! If you are looking for a hauler do not use this person. I received a call from a person who claims to be Mark Castillo from 972-900-8316 on Tuesday. I agreed to his offer and scheduled for pick up on Wednesday. This person asked for a deposit and failed to show up to do the job. He asked to reschedule for Thursday I agreed. Then he waited all day to make up an excuse to cancel on me. Once he cancelled he stated he would refund me my money. I have yet to receive my refund. He started giving me lame excuses about why he hasn't sent it. This morning I recived a text saying he was sending me my refund via cash app at 830 am. I have yet to receive it! What a scam!!
