We brought in phone after taking it to Apple and being told they could nothing for us but buy another refurbished phone. Blake fixed our phone within 15 minutes. No appt. needed and fixed while we waited. Great service.

Travis was super attentive and gave awesome service and was able to make me realize that coming to Tru Tech gear is the right place to go. I gave an iPhone 7 to be fixed by somewhere else and messed up my phone and Travis was able to realize what the issue was so if you really want to trust anybody with your phones repairs or minor details that your phone has when it comes to diagnostics, Tru Tech has the knowledge and capability

Best prices in the area by far. Had battery in iphone 6 replaced in less time than expected. Very friendly and professional, and would highly recommend for anyone in the south Dallas area. They also had an Otter Box case for $20(mine was broke). Now my go to place for fast phone repairs.
