- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Iam a master plumber licensed by the state that carries the required amount of insurance required by the Texas state plumbing board. I keep overhead as low as possible so I can keep the cost of repairing your plumbing as low as possible. Not always the cheapest but you'll never have to pay to have the same job done twice as you would with a "handyman ".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a good long lasting relationship by displaying good workmanship and integrity.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in plumbing. If I wasn't in school I was working out in the field/shop.
