Lomo was very responsive and came on time and diagnosed, quoted, and repaired the issues. He also alerted my husband and I about some potential work that we should probably have done soon for upkeep. The service was excellent and efficient.

This website would only allow me to check 3 things I liked about Loma. He is also responsive and punctual. He was there for literally less than 2 minutes and had the problem diagnosed. A quick run to town for a part and he was done. Including the service charge, part and labor, he was cheaper than the previous company that we had to call for a return repair twice. (The company that caused this issue.). When I scheduled the service appointment, he requested a 5% down payment on the service call. That made me really nervous until I realized the 5% was only $5. When he was finished I tried to pay him with a credit card. He suggested another Zelle payment to save the credit card fee. I couldn’t reach my wife to make the payment immediately, but he was willing to trust me. We have some other construction work to do in the future. I am planning on calling Loma for the work.
