- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After an early retirement from a mayor telephone company, I decided to go to cooking school to pursue my dream of becoming a Chef. This is my second career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly appetizers, 3 course meals, and desserts like Flan, the french/spanish dessert, that is so popular, creme brulee, tarta tatins, puddings, and some cakes.

Look for service, quality and experience.
