Victor aerated and seeded our yard. He was conscientious of the soil conditions that would yield the best results and coordinated a time to come based on the weather when it was not too muddy or too dry. He also was intentional about avoiding our sprinkler heads so they would not get damaged. He also gave advice on how to continue caring for our young lawn. Overall it was a good experience and I appreciate his considerate and hard work.

Victor was very communicative and even completed the job a day ahead of schedule! He took great care to identify all of the sprinkler heads prior to starting the aeration. Everything was left clean and in good working order. I highly recommend Victor and will use him again in the future!
