- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer early bird pricing. This means reserving further in advance will get you larger discounts. Our pricing is also straightforward. We give you the total price including fees and taxes. We want you to know what your paying for and not be hit with a surprise charge on your reservation date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get the details from the customer about the reservation and then offer a straightforward price. We will then ask the customer to pay a $100 deposit to reserve their bus. We will keep their card on file and charge them 72 hours before the reservation date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of Silicon Valley veterans, and hold graduate degrees. This is why we are able to provide a great online and service experience. We understand that reserving party buses is not a familiar task for most people, so we want to make it as easy and stress free as possible.
