We have various session packages that can be modified to meet your specific needs. From once/week visits to 4+ times/week we are able to work out a plan and package that will be the most efficient and effective for your personal fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers are consistently acquiring new knowledge via certification courses and new methodology courses. Our NASM certified trainers are regularly studying various fitness specialties such as weight loss, pre-natal/post-natal, TRX fitness and much more.
