I can’t say enough about Kyle! He helped us find someone who simply didn’t want to be served. He is very open and honest about the process. He helped us in so many ways. I can’t say enough about my experience working with Kyle! I am very grateful I found him here as I was going to hire a PI for a much higher cost. Kyle was so knowledgeable about how to process of serving someone works, even as someone who needed service from a different state. He informed me throughout every step of the process and his rates were beyond reasonable for the service he gave. My whole family is sleeping much more soundly now. I tried a couple of other firms to help me serve divorce papers. One didn’t even bother to let me know I was missing a form, and casually took my money. Tracker Investigations though? Mr. Kyle Kvancz demonstrated outstanding professionalism while acting as a process server. On his very first attempt, he successfully served the citation petition and other small claims documents to the defendant at the defendant’s residence. To provide transparency and assurance, Mr. Kvancz also sent me a body camera video documenting the entire process. Due to the overseeing precincts lack of an electronic filing system, Mr. Kvancz took the initiative to send all relevant documents to them via email. Throughout this process, he ensured I was kept informed at all times, which greatly eased the experience for me.
I would highly recommend Mr. Kvancz to anyone in need of process serving services. His commitment to excellence is commendable!
