I had a really great experience with Kyle and Tracker Investigations LLC. I reached out to him in May about serving someone for my court case, and he responded within minutes. He was incredibly easy to work with and communicated with me throughout the entire process so I always knew what was going on.
The person I needed served was definitely not easy to find/serve, and it took quite a while. He was persistent, kept working at it, and went way above and beyond what I expected. I would not have been successful without his help.

I used Tracker Investigations,LLC and Kyle was simply amazing. Kyle took the time to explain this entire process to because this was my first time ever having to use a process server. He walked me through the process and ensured I had all the documentation I needed to ensure I was serving the other party correctly. Kyle was time in his responses and amazing at communicating with me on when the documents would be served and when they were served. I’m in Houston and needed to serve someone in another city. Kyle provided excellent customer service, peace of mind, and professionalism.

Mr. Kyle Kvancz demonstrated outstanding professionalism while acting as a process server. On his very first attempt, he successfully served the citation petition and other small claims documents to the defendant at the defendant’s residence. To provide transparency and assurance, Mr. Kvancz also sent me a body camera video documenting the entire process. Due to the overseeing precincts lack of an electronic filing system, Mr. Kvancz took the initiative to send all relevant documents to them via email. Throughout this process, he ensured I was kept informed at all times, which greatly eased the experience for me.
