- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounted pricing programs are available; however, since all communities are unique and present different sets of challenges, all of our quotes are done on a case-by-case basis in order to provide each of our customers exactly right services for exactly the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering as much information about your community and the specific difficulties you might be facing. In particular, we need to understand all the things that your association board is responsible for (i.e. what common areas do you have? What services do you provide for your residents? etc.). Once we have this information we can build a custom service proposal and present it to the board of directors.
