- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnosis Service fee is $64.99
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out via ********** to get a time scheduled for us to come out and diagnosis the issue you're having. When we are complete we will present you with the quote. If you end up going with us the $64.99 Diagnosis fee will be waived and included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of the company has 10+ years of industry experience widely ranging from hardware tech jobs to being a systems engineer.
