- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are really not complicated. I normally charge by the project, not by the hour. This gives my client a set known price for the services up front with no hidden fees. Although I can provide a fee per hour if the client wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work closely with my clients normally through email and phone conversations. I will meet with them in the DFW area any time as well. I perform the work to their exact specifications, within budget and time period. I provide all finalized art files in various professional formats so that there are no delays in printing. You also get a copy of the art files.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 14 years in corporate marketing in one company as a graphic designer, webmaster, photographer, videographer, product manager, and communications manager. This helped to craft my talents for today's self employment.
