- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, live food shows, food tv and loads of magazines. I even will be returning to get my beverage and front desk certificates in the fall along with my BA in business management at Texas A&M Killeen.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved cooking and after if worked as a cosmetologist for the last 8 years I wanted to dabble in the culinary arts. You know to see if I had what it took. I'm guessing so because I received my associated degree in 10 months.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly personal catering or simple cookouts. I've catered suppers and parties. I prefer small groups if I don't have a large kitchen because I'm still growing my business and doing so out of my personal kitchen.
