- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple. We interview our clients to determine the level and type of service they are needing. We will provide an exact price for the services that we are performing. The price will not change from the quoted price. It's that simple. If we need to perform services that were not initially agreed to, we will discuss these with the client before we begin these services and allow the client to decide how they want to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I attend at least 40 hours of continuing education courses each year. The topics of these courses are federal and state taxes, technology, healthcare updates, management consulting and accounting and finance.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We assist clients with tax and financial planning strategies. Our tax planning strategies help our clients keep more money in their pockets. Our services range from getting your books caught up and in order to helping the business owner with long-term corporate strategies. We are accountants first, but we also share our business knowledge and experience with our clients to help them become more profitable and to make better business decisions.
