I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to a complete lack of communication and follow through. My water heater was delivered to their office, but I was never informed when it arrived. Despite multiple weeks passing, no plumber was ever scheduled or sent out to complete the installation.
It has now been three weeks with no resolution, updates, or clear communication on next steps. For a service that involves essential home utilities, this level of delay and poor communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I was initially excited to connect with Priority. The plumber came out after the freeze and exposed the lateral separating. After a delay to get registered to work in Murphy, TX, the repair was done. We were thrilled. No more bubbling lines. No more slow drains. But then everything stopped. The plumber left the company. And my yard stayed dug up. Maybe it is a good thing that the hole is open as today the hole is full of water and the issue is back. $1000 later I only get messages and calls saying someone will be in touch and then nothing happens. This company seems to be based in one place and then franchise work.
My first thumbtack in Dallas area went to a person in San Antonio. When I returned a call I received it went to an electrical company in Arizona.
I hope one of the owners sees this and steps up. Otherwise I will have to find other options. Poor customer service
